Located in the heart of Buffalo, our spa was created as a peaceful retreat for our community: a place where you can slow down, feel restored, and be genuinely cared for. Every treatment we offer is rooted in intention, luxury, and warmth. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be welcomed into a space that honors who you are ,because here, your well-being isn’t a luxury, it’s a priority. This is more than a spa. CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service (unless otherwise approved). • A 10-minute grace period is given for late arrivals. Anything later will be considered a no-show, as it impacts your experience and the next client’s. • To get the most out of your appointment, please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
