Located in the heart of Buffalo, our spa was created as a peaceful retreat for our community: a place where you can slow down, feel restored, and be genuinely cared for. Every treatment we offer is rooted in intention, luxury, and warmth. CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. • A 10-MINUTE grace period is given for late arrivals. Anything later will be considered a no-show, as it impacts your experience and the next client’s. • For NAIL APPOINTMENTS (Manicures & Pedicures) please arrive 5-10min early to allow color selection. This allows you to pick from the color selection without deducting time from your service. We understand life happens, just communicate with us, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Thank you for respecting our time and policies! REFUND POLICY : All sales, services and deposits are non-refundable and transferable. All completed treatments are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated. Should you have any concerns regarding your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for a considerate review and resolution.
